Cleaning Services for Your Ducts, Vents & HVAC

A dryer vent, a mini-split and a building's ventilation shafts need different cleaning. Find the service that fits your equipment, or tell us what you have noticed. We will help identify the system and the work to include in your quote.

What needs cleaning?

Start with the system

Choose a service to see what it covers, how we approach the work and what affects the quote. Several systems can be discussed together when you contact us.

Air duct cleaning

For supply and return ducts connected to central heating or cooling. Cleaning reaches beyond the room vents into the ductwork serving your home or property.

Dryer vent cleaning

For the exhaust route between your dryer and the outdoor outlet. We plan access to the connection, duct run and termination so lint removal covers the agreed route.

Explore dryer vent cleaning

Ductless mini-split cleaning

For the coil, blower wheel and other accessible surfaces inside a ductless indoor unit. Deep cleaning addresses buildup that washing the removable filter cannot reach.

Explore mini-split cleaning

Commercial air duct cleaning

For HVAC ductwork in offices, shops, restaurants and other business properties. The cleaning plan accounts for multiple systems, occupied areas and the hours available for work.

Plan commercial duct cleaning

Commercial dryer vent cleaning

For shared laundry rooms, multifamily properties and businesses using several dryers. We review exhaust routes, equipment downtime and access to individual units with the property team.

Plan commercial dryer vent cleaning

Blower wheel & motor cleaning

For dust on the blower wheel and housing inside a furnace or air handler. The work focuses on these surfaces while protecting the motor and electrical components.

Explore blower cleaning

Air conditioner & coil cleaning

For buildup on indoor evaporator coils, outdoor condensers and accessible AC components. Tell us the equipment type and number of units so the quote identifies what is included.

Building ventilation cleaning

For bathroom and residential kitchen exhaust branches connected to shared shafts. We work with management to review the building layout, apartment access and the scope of the project.

Plan building ventilation cleaning

Not sure which service you need?

Describe the equipment and where you notice the problem. A warm room, an odor or a slow dryer can have several causes; the right starting point is the system involved.

Dust inside supply or return ducts
Air duct cleaning. Let us know whether one room or several connected rooms are affected.
Clothes taking longer to dry
Dryer vent cleaning. Include the dryer location and where its exhaust leaves the building, if known.
Buildup inside a wall-mounted ductless unit
Mini-split cleaning. Count the indoor heads and note which ones need attention.
A through-wall PTAC unit needs cleaning
PTAC cleaning. This equipment has its own coil and fan assembly rather than a typical central duct system.
Bathroom exhaust concerns across several apartments
Building ventilation cleaning. Ask management about the shared branches, shafts and exhaust equipment.

Plan around the people using the property

For your home or apartment

Tell us which rooms or units need attention and how we can reach the equipment. In an apartment, check whether the system belongs to your unit or is shared with the building. Your superintendent or managing agent may be able to help.

For a building or business

Start with a system count and the areas you want included. Share working-hour restrictions, tenant access arrangements and any building paperwork requirements before scheduling. We can then discuss a sequence that fits the property.

A few details make the quote more useful

Include the address, property type, service you have in mind and number of systems or units. If you have photos of the equipment or visible buildup, those can help us understand the request. There is no need to open equipment or climb to take them.

We will discuss which ducts, components or exhaust runs the work covers. Access, system size and the condition found during inspection can affect the scope. Any additional work should be agreed before it starts.

Before you book

Your questions, answered

Can I request more than one cleaning service?

Yes. List the services and equipment in your inquiry. We can discuss how to plan the work together and identify each service in the quote.

Does air duct cleaning include the AC coil and blower?

Check the quoted scope. Ductwork, coils and blower assemblies are different parts of the system. Tell us if you want the equipment components assessed and included as well.

Can I book if I do not know the system type?

Start by telling us what you can see: room vents, a wall-mounted indoor head, a through-wall unit or a dryer connection. Photos and any equipment model details can help us identify the next step.

Do you handle cleaning for apartment buildings?

Yes. We work on commercial ductwork, multifamily dryer exhaust and residential building ventilation. Management should help confirm which systems are shared and arrange access to the areas included in the project.
