Senior Remediation Technician
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience
Location:
New York & New Jersey (Field-Based)
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in mold, microbial, or environmental remediation
- Proven track record in sales related to remediation or indoor air quality services
- Strong understanding of remediation protocols, containment, negative air pressure systems, HEPA vacuuming, and chemical application
- Preferred: Familiarity with HVAC remediation and air duct cleaning procedures
- Ability to lead field crews, manage on-site workflow, and communicate effectively with clients
- Certifications such as IICRC (AMRT), NADCA, or mold-related licenses are a plus
- Salary to be discussed based on performance during the testing/trial period
- Bonuses or commission opportunities available for high performance and sales

HVAC Mechanic
Senior 4 + years hands-on experience
- Diagnose, repair and install split, package, and mini-split systems
- Lead small crews on retrofit and new-construction jobs
- Mentor Technicians and verify quality on every call-out
- Propose upgrades (IAQ, smart thermostats, duct sealing) that add value for the client
- Proven troubleshooting chops across multiple brands
- Universal EPA certification; NATE/ICE preferred
- Competence with brazing, recovery, airflow balancing and low-voltage controls
- Can lift 50 lbs, work from ladders and in tight attic spaces
- Premium hourly rate + performance bonus on upsells

- Leadership pipeline into Field Supervisor or Project Manager, Developmental programs.

Remote Sales Manager (Inside/Outside Sales)
Mid 2 + years quota-bearing phone sales or dispatch experience
- Handle inbound calls, web leads and live-chat inquiries
- Execute targeted outbound follow-ups to old estimates and service-club members
- Qualify prospects, schedule on-site estimates, no payment processing required
- Track KPIs, report daily to Ops using HubSpot & Slack
- Confident phone presence and consultative sales style
- Ability to juggle 50 + contacts per day without dropping details
- Familiarity with HVAC services a plus but not required, training provided
- Comfortable with basic CRM workflows and Google Workspace
- Base + uncapped commission
