Dryer Vent cleaning is an annual service every homeowner shall proceed with. Above that there are other maintenance procedures to be checked:

  • Dryer Vent Installation or Replacement

    If the ventilation opening of the dryer is not installed correctly (does not go through the wall completely), is clogged with lint, the ventilation blades are damaged or broken, there is a fire hazard.

  • Bird Guard installation

    If there is a nest in the outside vent, the dryer works very intensively, overheats, lint accumulates in the vent and inside the dryer.


    We love all birds, but they have their place, and we have ours. We put the protection – bird guards and caps so you can now forget about unwelcomed residents forever, and they build nests in the trees.

  • Connection hose fix or replacement

    Over time, the dryer vent hose may fall out or become loose. When the hose is disconnected, the lint is carried all over the floor, and it becomes hot in the laundry.


    The dryer vent hose (flex transition hose) moves the hot exhaust air from the dryer through the hose and expels it outside your house or apartment.


    Without a ventilation hose attached to the dryer, lint builds up, reducing efficiency and safety.
