An Upper West Side apartment building has contacted us to clean two dryers. The tenants of these two apartments complained about constantly clogged dryers. The vents were cleaned once a year, but they were getting clogged with lint faster than they should.
According to the technicians, a source of the problem was the risers and clogged roof fans. The Property Manager agreed to the service, and in four days, the team cleaned 29 dryers, risers, and roof fans. Teams of three technicians worked in shifts on the project.
In 2020, the management called us twice to clean the dryers. In 2021, we began to provide a cleaning service for Air Ducts.
In 2021 we became a vendor for dryer vent cleaning, riser, and roof fans cleaning.
After the service, we sent reports by email with photos of dryers, risers, and ducts before and after the service with recommendations for preventive maintenance.
For past services for particular tenants, we send an e-contract by email about the tenant and the service provided directly to the Property Manager. So the administration can save time on collecting contracts from tenants and on sorting and assigning papers. We provide this service for the convenience of the management company.
